Kelli Banner, RN, MSN, FNP-BC
Kelli earned her Registered Nursing Diploma from Foothills Nursing Consortium in 2006. She went back to school and earned her Masters in Nursing, specialized in Family Nurse Practitioner from Walden University in 2015.
She has a strong cardiac background from here experience while working as a Registered Nurse at Mission Hospital.

General Health
Not feeling well or just need an annual exam? We do it all! We also perform sports physicals, DOT physicals and referrals for injuries. Whether you're sick or only need some routine maintenance, we're here for you!
Telehealth Services
Sometimes there are obstacles to coming into a medical office, but help is still available. If you are an established patient in our clinic we can schedule your visit as a telehealth visit with a secure HIPPA compliant connection. Same day appointments available!
